This week we here at Tarleton State University eCampus Programs are celebrating our Week of Wellness!
We will be sharing content from some of our favorite fitness, health, wellness and active lifestyles sites, as well as giving you a look at how we ourselves stay well!
I would like to begin the week by challenging you all (myself included) to scheduling a balanced meal plan for Monday-Friday. We are all guilty of eating out for convenience, so let's write out a health plan and stick to it together.
Let's get out lists together and get to planning! I cannot wait to get well with you all this week!
